Signature on delivery is available for an additional shipping fee.

Aura Bay offers FREE Fast Delivery + tracking info for all domestic orders above $10. Orders are dispatched same day of purchase (excludes Saturday and Sunday) and we aim for delivery to take approximately between 1 - 3 business days. Orders under $10. incur a standard shipping fee of $9 AUD.

If delivery has been attempted, your parcel will be left in a secure location or a card will be left for you to collect at your nearest Australia Post office. Express Delivery is usually next-day delivery from time of purchase if you’re in a major metro area.

During peak holiday shopping periods (Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Boxing Day, Christmas etc.) please allow another 1-3 days in delays as Australia Post can become very busy during these periods. We still aim to have your parcel delivered within 4-7 days.

Aura Bay offers FREE Fast Delivery + tracking info for all our New Zealand customers on orders over $100 AUD. Orders under $100 AUD incur a flat rate shipping fee of only AUD $29. Orders can take 2 - 4 business days to be delivered to New Zealand.

During peak shopping times e.g. Valentines Day, Boxing Day, Black Friday etc. please allow for a 3-5 day delay in shipping due to high demand. 

International customers can also enjoy our FREE Fast shipping + tracking on all orders over $100 AUD. Orders under $100 AUD incur a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $29. Orders can take 3 - 18 business days to be delivered, depending on your location and proximity to a major city.

Express International Post is also available, cost dependent on your location which is calculated at checkout. This shipping method takes between 3 - 7 business days.

During peak shopping times e.g. Valentines Day, Boxing Day, Christmas, Black Friday etc. please allow for a 3-5 day delay in shipping due to high demand. Christmas cut-off for prompt delivery via Australia Post is December 13 2022. There will be delays likely after this date until the new year.
